Rafael Otero
President, CTO and Founder
Rafael Otero founded CtoJ in 2008 and serves as its President and Chief Technology Officer. He is responsible for guiding the development of CtoJ's core product and services.
Mr. Otero brings more than 10 years of experience in consulting, project management, architecture and development. Having built his skills as consultant for world-wide corporations like Germanischer Lloyd, director software development for Softship in Singapore and VP Technology for ClickandBuy. Over the years he became an expert in managing large IT teams in challenging situations.
Mr. Otero earned a BS in computer science for economics from University of Applied Sciences Wedel in Wedel (Germany) and is a certified PMP since 2001.
Thijs Reus
Architect and Co-Founder
Mr. Reus servers as architect and technical project consultant in the C2J team. As co-founder he focuses on conceptual technology projections, and project-specific framework customization. He is responsible for the technical evolution of the C2J framework.
He brings more than 6 years experience in consulting, architecture and software development. He played key technical roles in various migration projects, and wrote his Msc. thesis on model-based software migration, providing solid theoretical and practical experience on the subject.
Mr. Reus earned a BSc. and Msc. in Computer Sciences at the University of Technology, Delft (The Netherlands).
Shyamsunder Alagandula
Business development
Shyamsunder Alagandula serves as Business Development Manager in C2J. He is responsible to identify and develop business opportunities for CtoJ's core product and services.
Mr.Alagandula brings more than 11 years of experience in development, project management and offshoring/outsourcing management. Having built his carrier in IT companies in India, Singapore and Germany, he served as Director of ClickandBuy(India) and Associate Director for Outsourcing in Fox Mobile Distribution GmbH.
Mr. Alagandula earned Master's Degree in Physics from Osmania University, Hyderabad (India).
